This is a process for personally tailored leadership development. Executive coaching is adjusted for the needs and specific challenges of any individual leader. We accelerate business results through developing a clear picture of the desired outcome, assess and evaluate alternate strategies to achieve success, then create confidence and accountability to execute in the business. The entire process is done in a way that promotes learning and development, business results, and positive outcomes for all involved. Generally held once per week for one hour, our sessions are focused, interactive and lead to measurable business success.

This is an all-day session (6 hours) where we take the team through a process to ensure they are all pulling in the same direction and executing the owner’s vision at the highest level.  Team culture is one of the most telling indicators of a business’s success and ability for growth. Our coaches take the group through some basic information and training about high performance teams and strategies to become one. Collaboratively, the team determines their “Rules of the Game” to solidify the cultural boundaries as clear and positive. One focus of this essential team building day is relationship skill-building which can affect all aspects of business, not only among the team but with clients and customers. The entire day in done in a way that is fun, interactive, positive, and encouraging. The concepts presented are as useful in your employees’ personal lives as they are in their business lives. Teams walk away closer and able to tackle the goals of your successful business.

This process is a series of Leadership and Management training topics for new and developing leaders. We present a new topic each month and go into depth on application and getting business results. The sessions include a review of the previous month’s topic and interaction with the group experiences during application in their business. Sessions run from 8:00am – 10:00am on designated days of the month. Classes are limited to 25 to ensure adequate interaction time. These group sessions are designed to accommodate individuals from multiple organizations. They can also be done on-site for individual firms. Participants have opportunities to network with other business owners as well. Monthly leadership training can be done on-site with a minimum of 10 participants. Like the monthly leadership training, this is an ongoing series of Leadership and Executive training topics for any leader. Topics focus on personal leadership development and getting results for your team. 90-minute sessions are interactive at the designated time for live training, but can be watched at any time by paid participants. This is a great option for anyone outside of Central Ohio. Discounts are provided for multiple attendees from the same company.
