The Emerging Leader
Congratulations on committing to improvement…
“It’s never too late to become who you want to be.” – F. Scott Fitzgerald
Book Suggestion: Law of Attraction by Michael Losier
The Emerging Leader is generally a leader that has a few great strengths that have taken them far, but have not nearly reached their potential as a leader. There are a few things that are holding them back. Typically, the Emerging Leader is working too much in the business, and needs to move beyond that to work on the business. Emerging Leaders have teams that depend on them to make all decisions, they take on too much, and are working more than full time to complete the tasks at hand.
Emerging Leaders are on their way to burnout in their roles, often have stress-related illnesses, and have unhappy teams. Negativity on most of the team has crept in, but it’s not too late to turn those existing teams around.
