One-on-One Leadership Development Coaching

For individuals and executives wanting the highest rate of business growth and the most personalized attention. Your certified business & executive coach meets weekly with you for one hour, every other week for 2 hours, or twice a month for one hour, in order to create a plan, address business and personnel issues, and hold the executive accountable for actions and results. One-on-one coaching clients receive an invitation to our President’s Roundtable, an invitation-only networking group meeting quarterly and includes the Presidents and C-Suite executives from our small and large companies. This tight-knit group gets together to learn, network, and enjoy a cocktail while learning about each others’ business and a group-chosen topic. Often, these executives work together to build each others’ businesses.

On-Site Group Training

Our coaches will develop an on-site training program for a minimum of 5 participants customized for the needs of your business. Particpants will be led through a series of topics selected by the business owner, or human resources manager, and is ideally monthly, as there will be “homework” and application from session to session. We can also do a mid-month check in with the team on action item progress.

Virtual Online Training

Like the on-site training, participants are led toward a series of topics selected by the business owner. This progressive training is designed to be via webinar, but great care is taken to assure students can interact with each other worldwide. 

Group & Virtual Training Classes

Our team hosts monthly virtual and in-person group training classes at centralized locations with participants from many industries. Participants can network with the group and learn from each other. Topics are broken into Leadership 101 and Leadership 202 classes, and the topics are progressive. Reading homework and action items are given at each class, giving the chance for participants to practice what they’ve learned immediately in their professional and personal lives.
